Day 7

MY PROGRESS

I'm so happy to report that I've lost an additional 1 pound! I weighed myself in this morning at 122! So that's a total of 8 pounds in just 7 days.

I was actually surprised that I still lost some weight because after the 3 day cleanse I started to eat regular food again. I did still make the smoothies every day and had one in the morning and one in the afternoon, just because I love the energy boost it gives me and I don't feel as hungry afterwards.

My daily diet has been a lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and lean meats (fish, chicken, and turkey). I also love cheese so I did have some cheese these passed few days and also some greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom (some extra protein and I love they way they taste). I also went to a baby shower this weekend and a piece of cake and yesterday I had a peanut butter cookie at work.

I try not to restrict myself too much because I know that can back fire, from past experiences. But overall, I've been eating pretty healthy with a little bit of treats here and there and still managed to lose another pound. Amazing :)
